holiday<\/h3>\n<p>According to \u201cGeneral Holidays Ordinance\u201d, employees are entitled to 17 days of holiday every year, also with every Sunday. Public holidays apply to all public and private organisations, including government agencies, banks, schools, large corporations and more.<\/p>\n<h3>HK statutory holiday<\/h3>\n<p>According to the &#8220;Employment Ordinance&#8221;, employees are entitled to 14 statutory holidays each year from 2024, and will gradually increase to 17 days.
