rel=\"noopener\">\u300a2023\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u5de5\u4f5c\u5834\u6240\u72c0\u6cc1\u5831\u544a\u300b<\/a><\/span>\u986f\u793a\u9999\u6e2f\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u7684\u656c\u696d\u5ea6\uff08Employee Engagement\uff09\u5168\u7403\u6392\u5c3e\u4e8c\uff0c\u50c5\u6709 6% \u7684\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u81ea\u8a8d\u6295\u5165\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u50f1\u54e1\u7684\u656c\u696d\u5ea6\u8207\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u73fe\u606f\u606f\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u656c\u696d\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u66f4\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u7559\u4efb\u7387\u4e5f\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Gallup \u5831\u544a\u4e2d\u4ea6\u6307\u51fa\u5168\u7403\u8077\u5834\u51fa\u73fe\u300c\u5b89\u975c\u96e2\u8077\uff08quiet quitting\uff09\u300d\u548c\u300c\u5927\u8072\u96e2\u8077\uff08loud quitting\uff09\u300d\u7684\u8da8\u52e2\u300259% \u7684\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u90fd\u6b63\u5728\u300c\u5b89\u975c\u96e2\u8077\u300d\uff0c\u53ea\u5b8c\u6210\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u62d2\u7d55\u52a0\u73ed\u548c\u4efb\u4f55\u984d\u5916\u5de5\u4f5c\u5b89\u6392\uff1b\u300c\u5927\u8072\u96e2\u8077\u300d\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u5247\u4f54\u6bd4 19%\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u4eba\u6beb\u4e0d\u6703\u96b1\u779e\u81ea\u5df1\u6d88\u6975\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6703\u516c\u958b\u5ba3\u63da\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u96e2\u8077\u610f\u9858\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9762\u5c0d\u5168\u7403\u74b0\u5883\u6539\u8b8a\u6240\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u91cd\u91cd\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u6aa2\u8996\u7ba1\u7406\u65b9\u91dd\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u4f01\u696d\u6587\u5316\u548c\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7b56\u7565\u8207\u6642\u4e26\u9032\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5f9e\u5e02\u5834\u812b\u7a4e\u800c\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"icon-anchor\">5\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6210\u529f\u633d\u7559\u65b0\u4e16\u4ee3\u4eba\u624d<\/h2>\n<p>\u8981\u633d\u7559\u4eba\u624d\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u85aa\u916c\u5f85\u9047\u662f\u6700\u7c21\u55ae\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u6642\uff0c\u9322\u7684\u78ba\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u842c\u80fd\u7684\u3002Randstad \u51fa\u7248\u7684<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.randstad.com.hk\/hr-trends\/employer-brand\/better-work-life-balance-tops-list-reasons-hongkongers-resign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a2023 \u5e74\u50f1\u4e3b\u54c1\u724c\u7814\u7a76\u300b<\/a><\/span>\u5c31\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u50f1\u54e1\u8003\u616e\u8fad\u8077\u7684\u9996\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u6539\u5584 work-life balance\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u624d\u662f\u85aa\u916c\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u8003\u616e\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5305\u62ec\u7f3a\u5c11\u8077\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u6a5f\u6703\u3001\u7121\u6cd5\u6297\u62d2\u65b0\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a5f\u6703\u3001\u5c0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u5931\u53bb\u8208\u8da3\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u7ba1\u7406\u8cea\u7d20\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u8981\u505a\u597d\u516c\u53f8\u4eba\u624d\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ef6\u4e8b\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u5c0d\u75c7\u4e0b\u85e5\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u50f1\u54e1\u5c0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u5c0d\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f 5 \u500b\u5e6b\u4f60\u672a\u96e8\u7da2\u7e46\uff0c\u7559\u4f4f\u4eba\u624d\u7684\u5be6\u7528\u7b56\u7565\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>1. \u7d66\u4e88\u6649\u5347\u6a5f\u6703<\/h3>\n<p>\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u90fd\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5728\u4e8b\u696d\u4e0a\u6709\u6240\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5982\u679c\u5e0c\u671b\u50f1\u54e1\u9577\u671f\u7559\u5728\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u8a2d\u7acb\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u6649\u5347\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u591a\u63d0\u62d4\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\uff0c\u7d66\u4e88\u8868\u73fe\u826f\u597d\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u61c9\u5f97\u7684\u80af\u5b9a\u3002\u6709\u4e86\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u8077\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\u85cd\u5716\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u8b93\u50f1\u54e1\u770b\u5230\u524d\u9014\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4ed6\u5011\u9577\u9060\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7559\u5728\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6c7a\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u5bb9\u8a31\u5f48\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u5b89\u6392<\/h3>\n<p>\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u6253\u5de5\u4ed4\u666e\u904d\u66f4\u91cd\u8996 work-life
