class=\"icon-anchor\">\u3010\u50f1\u4e3b\u5fc5\u77e5\u3011\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\u7684\u8d77\u8349\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805<\/h2>\n<p>\u4efb\u4f55\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\u7684\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408<span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elegislation.gov.hk\/hk\/cap57!zh-Hant-HK?INDEX_CS=N&amp;xpid=ID_1438403461884_001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b<\/a><\/span>\u6216\u300a\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8cc7\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u4e2d\u6240\u8ce6\u4e88\u50f1\u54e1\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3001\u5229\u76ca\u6216\u4fdd\u969c\u7684\u542b\u610f\uff0c\u5373\u5c6c\u7121\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6309\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7b2c57\u7ae0\u7b2c44\u689d\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5728\u50f1\u54e1\u5c31\u8077\u524d\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u5411\u50f1\u54e1\u8a73\u7d30\u8aaa\u660e\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5de5\u8cc7\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5de5\u8cc7\u7387\u3001\u8d85\u6642\u5de5\u4f5c\u5de5\u8cc7\u7387\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u6d25\u8cbc\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u6309\u4ef6\u3001\u6309\u5de5\u3001\u6309\u6642\u3001\u6309\u65e5\u3001\u6309\u9031\uff0c\u6216\u4ee5\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u8a08\u7b97\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5de5\u8cc7\u671f\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u7d42\u6b62\u5408\u7d04\u6240\u9700\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u671f\uff1b\u53ca<\/li>\n<li>\u5e74\u7d42\u916c\u91d1\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u5e74\u7d42\u916c\u91d1\u548c\u916c\u91d1\u671f\uff08\u5982\u9069\u7528\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u91cd\u8981\u63d0\u793a\uff1a\u5982\u50f1\u4e3b\u8207\u50f1\u54e1\u8a02\u7acb\u66f8\u9762\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5c07\u4e00\u4efd\u5408\u7d04\u526f\u672c\u7d66\u4e88\u50f1\u54e1\u53c3\u8003\u53ca\u4fdd\u5b58\u3002\u50f1\u4e3b\u5982\u9055\u53cd\u6709\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u53ef\u88ab\u6aa2\u63a7\uff0c\u4e00\u7d93\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u88ab\u7f70\u6b3e<b>HK$10,000<\/b>\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u6309\u500b\u5225\u884c\u696d\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ea6\u53ef\u5728\u96e2\u8077\u5b89\u6392\u4fee\u6b3e\u4e2d\uff0c\u6e05\u695a\u8aaa\u660e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8981\u6c42\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u91dd\u5c0d\u516c\u53f8\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u4fdd\u5bc6\u5354\u8b70<\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u6642\u9593\u5167\u9650\u5236\u8f49\u6295\u7af6\u722d\u5c0d\u624b\u7684\u689d\u6b3e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\uff0c<strong>\u53e3\u982d\u5354\u8b70<\/strong>\u90fd\u662f\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u76ca\u7684\uff01\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u66f8\u9762\u9084\u662f\u4ee5\u53e3\u982d\u65b9\u5f0f\u8a02\u7acb\uff0c\u50f1\u54e1\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u9ede\u5927\u5bb6\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u500b\u5225\u50f1\u4e3b\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u947d\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u627f\u8a8d\u66fe\u7d93\u7684\u8afe\u8a00\uff0c\u8acb\u898b\u6848\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong> \u6848\u4f8b\uff1a<\/strong>Ken\u5165\u8077\u4e86\u4e00\u5bb6\u7269\u6d41\u516c\u53f8\u6578\u6708\uff0c\u6bcf\u65e5\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c31\u662f\u9001\u8ca8\u3002\u4ed6\u5165\u8077\u6642\u8001\u95c6\u53ea\u662f\u548c\u4ed6\u63d0\u5230\u85aa\u8cc7\u3001\u4e0a\u73ed\u6642\u9593\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u6309\u7167\u884c\u696d\u7684\u898f\u5247\u4f86\u5b9a\u3002Ken\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u591a\u554f\uff0c\u5c31\u7b54\u61c9\u4e86\u3002\u8fd1\u65e5\u8001\u95c6\u89ba\u5f97Ken\u5de5\u4f5c\u983b\u983b\u51fa\u932f\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u9001\u932f\u8ca8\uff0c\u4e0d\u6309\u6642\u9593\u9001\u7b49\u7b49\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u8001\u95c6\u60f3\u89e3\u50f1\u4ed6\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u6309\u71677\u5929\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u671f\u544a\u77e5Ken\u3002Ken\u4e0d\u8a8d\u540c\u9019\u500b\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ed6\u8a8d\u70ba\u8001\u95c6\u61c9\u8a72\u6839\u64da\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u4e0d\u80fd\u5c11\u65bc1\u500b\u6708\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5fc5\u9808\u7d66\u4ed61\u500b\u6708\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u671f\u6216\u8005\u652f\u4ed81\u500b\u6708\u7684\u4ee3\u901a\u77e5\u91d1\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5206\u6790\uff1a<\/strong>\u7531\u65bc\u662f\u53e3\u982d\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u4e26\u7121\u6cd5\u8b49\u660e\u8001\u95c6\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u63cf\u8ff0\u7684\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53ea\u80fd\u4ea4\u7531\u6cd5\u9662\u88c1\u6c7a\u3002\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u660e\u78ba\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u82e5\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\u6709\u660e\u78ba\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5247\u4f9d\u7167\u5408\u7d04\u8a02\u660e\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u671f\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc7\u5929\uff1b\u82e5\u7121\u660e\u78ba\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5247\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc1\u500b\u6708\u901a\u77e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b63\u5982\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6848\u4f8b\u6240\u8868\u9054\u7684\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u548c\u50f1\u54e1\u55ae\u7368\u5c0d\u8a71\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u4e5f\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u9304\u97f3\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u50f1\u4e3b\u4e0d\u627f\u8a8d\u66fe\u7d93\u7b54\u61c9\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u51fa\u73fe\u4e86\u4efb\u4f55\u7684\u52de\u8cc7\u7cfe\u7d1b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u96d9\u65b9\u90fd\u7121\u6cd5\u79c1\u4e0b\u59a5\u5584\u89e3\u6c7a\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u53ea\u6709\u900f\u904e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9014\u5f91\u89e3\u6c7a\uff0c\u8017\u6642\u8017\u529b\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u4e0d\u96e3\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u4e00\u4efd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u751f\u6548\u7684\u66f8\u9762\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\uff0c\u8981\u6e05\u6670\u8a02\u5b9a\u689d\u6b3e\u548c\u689d\u4ef6\u4ee5\u53ca\u96d9\u65b9\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u548c\u7fa9\u52d9\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u6709\u6cd5\u53ef\u4f9d\uff0c\u6709\u7406\u53ef\u64da\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u50f1\u54e1\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u6c92\u6709\u5728\u5408\u7d04\u4e2d\u8a02\u660e\uff0c\u5247\u5e74\u7d42\u916c\u91d1\u7684\u91d1\u984d\u61c9\u70ba\u50f1\u54e1\u524d12\u500b\u6708\u5167\u6240\u8cfa\u53d6\u7684\u6bcf\u6708\u5e73\u5747\u5de5\u8cc7\u3002\u5e74\u7d42\u916c\u91d1\u7684\u8a73\u60c5\u8acb\u53c3\u8003\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u7b2c11A\u689d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
