\u8a66\u7528\u671f\u4e0d\u80fd\u8acb\u5e74\u5047\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u6c92\u6709\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u9700\u8981\u7d66\u8a66\u7528\u671f\u54e1\u5de5\u7d2f\u7a4d\u5e74\u5047\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>5.\u6e05\u5047<\/h3>\n<p>\u300c\u6e05\u5047\u300d\u7684\u610f\u601d\u6307\uff0c\u50f1\u54e1\u5728\u7576\u524d\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u7d2f\u7a4d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5e74\u5047\u65e5\u6578\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5728\u8a72\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u5168\u90e8\u4f7f\u7528\u5b8c\u3002\u7576\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u5b8c\u7d50\u6642\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\u5b8c\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u6703\u88ab\u6e05\u96f6\uff0c\u5373\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u4e0b\u4e00\u500b\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u5340\u5225\u65bc\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6e05\u5047\u7684\u6642\u9593\u4ea6\u6703\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u898f\u5b9a\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u662f\u5171\u540c\u5047\u671f\u5e74\uff0c1\u67081\u65e5\u81f312\u670831\u65e5\u3002\u65bc\u4eca\u5e74\u5171\u670912\u65e5\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u8a72\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4e00\u5171\u53ea\u7533\u8acb\u4e8610\u65e5\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u9084\u67092\u65e5\u662f\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u9700\u8981\u572812\u670831\u65e5\u524d\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u6700\u5f8c\u5169\u65e5\u7684\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u300c\u6e05\u5047\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u516c\u53f8\u5b9a\u7684\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u662f\u6839\u64da\u50f1\u54e1\u5165\u8077\u65e5\u4f5c\u70ba\u5047\u671f\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u65bc2019\u5e747\u67082\u65e5\u5165\u8077\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u7d66\u4e88\u621112\u65e5\u7684\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u6211\u7684\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u5c31\u662f2019\u5e747\u67082\u65e5\u81f32020\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u8a72\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4e00\u5171\u53ea\u7533\u8acb\u4e869\u65e5\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u9084\u67093\u65e5\u662f\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u9700\u8981\u57282020\u5e747\u67081\u65e5\u524d\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u6700\u5f8c3\u65e5\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>6.\u984d\u5ea6\u7d2f\u7a4d<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e0a\u9762\u8b1b\u5230\u6709\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6703\u8981\u6c42\u54e1\u5de5\u6e05\u5047\uff0c\u9019\u4e26\u975e\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7684\u5f37\u5236\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u6709\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u8003\u616e\u5230\u4e26\u975e\u6240\u6709\u50f1\u54e1\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6642\u9593\u5728\u5e74\u5e95\u6e05\u5b8c\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5141\u8a31\u5c07\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u984d\u5ea6\u7d2f\u7a4d\u5230\u4e0b\u4e00\u5e74\u5ea6\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u6709\u516c\u53f8\u5167\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u662f12\u5929\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u54e1\u5de5\u6700\u591a\u5c075\u5929\u672a\u653e\u53d6\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u8f49\u81f3\u4e0b\u4e00\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u8aaa\uff0c\u5e74\u5047\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u3001\u767c\u653e\u548c\u8a08\u7b97\u53ef\u4ee5\u7b97\u662f\u6240\u6709\u5047\u671f\u985e\u578b\u4e2d\u6700\u70ba\u8907\u96dc\u4e14\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6709\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u5047\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\u662f\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6a21\u7d44\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u9700\u8981\u81ea\u5b9a\u7fa9\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u50f1\u4e3b\u548cHR\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e00\u6b21\u904e\u7684\u8a2d\u5b9a\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u4ee5\u7701\u53bb\u82b1\u8cbb\u5728\u884c\u653f\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u6642\u9593\u548c\u7cbe\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
