rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u5982\u4f55\u5408\u7406\u5730\u8a2d\u5b9a\u5e74\u5047\u898f\u5247\uff1f\u300b<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><em>\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\u5982\u4f55\u8a08\u7b97\uff1f<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\u7684\u6bcf\u65e5\u6b3e\u984d\u76f8\u7b49\u65bc\u50f1\u54e1\u5728\u5e74\u5047\u7576\u5929\u6216\u5e74\u5047\u9996\u5929\uff08\u82e5\u9023\u7e8c\u591a\u65bc\u4e00\u65e5\uff09\u7684\u524d12\u500b\u6708\u5167\u6240\u8cfa\u53d6\u7684\u6bcf\u65e5\u5e73\u5747\u5de5\u8cc7\u3002\u5982\u50f1\u54e1\u7684\u53d7\u50f1\u671f\u4e0d\u8db312\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u5247\u4ee5\u8a72\u6bb5\u8f03\u77ed\u671f\u9593\u8a08\u7b97\u3002\u50f1\u4e3b\u6700\u9072\u9808\u65bc\u5e74\u5047\u5f8c\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u767c\u85aa\u65e5\u652f\u4ed8\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\u7d66\u50f1\u54e1\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"icon-anchor\">\u8a66\u7528\u671f\u672a\u904e\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\u55ce\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8a66\u7528\u671f\u90fd\u662f3\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u5c11\u6709\u7684\u662f6\u500b\u6708\u3002\u4f46\u662f<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.labour.gov.hk\/tc\/public\/ConciseGuide.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b<\/a><\/span>\u4e2d\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u82e5\u53d7\u50f1\u671f\u5c11\u65bc3\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u53ef\u4eab\u6709\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u65e5\u6578\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u7684\u8a66\u7528\u671f\u672a\u904e\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u7121\u9808\u652f\u4ed8\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"icon-anchor\">\u54e1\u5de5\u904e\u4e86\u8a66\u7528\u671f\uff0c\u4f46\u53d7\u50f1\u672a\u6eff\u4e00\u5e74\u8fad\u8077\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u652f\u4ed8\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u50f1\u4e3b\u8981\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u50f1\u54e1\u5de5\u4f5c\u672a\u6eff\u4e00\u5e74\u4f46\u662f\u6eff\u4e863\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\u8fad\u8077\uff0c\u4e00\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u6709\u85aa\u5e74\u5047\u7684\u85aa\u916c\u3002\u300a\u50f1\u50ad\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u8a02\u660e\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u50f1\u54e1\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u5167\u53d7\u50f1\u6eff3\u500b\u6708\u4f46\u662f\u672a\u6eff12\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u56e0\u72af\u56b4\u91cd\u904e\u5931\u800c\u906d\u5373\u6642\u89e3\u50f1\u5916\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u7372\u767c\u653e\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u8a08\u7b97\u516c\u5f0f<\/h3>\n<p>\u8a72\u50f1\u54e1\u5728\u7576\u524d\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u4e2d\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u5e74\u5047\u984d\u5ea6=\u8a72\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u4e0a\u73ed\u7e3d\u65e5\u6578 \/ 365\uff08\u7576\u5e74\u7e3d\u65e5\u6578\uff09x \u8a72\u54e1\u5de5\u53ef\u4eab\u6709\u7684\u6709\u85aa\u5e74\u5047\u7e3d\u6578<\/p>\n<p>\u61c9\u652f\u4ed8\u7d66\u8a72\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c=\uff08\u53ef\u4eab\u6709\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u65e5\u6578\u2013\u5df2\u8acb\u5047\u65e5\u6578\uff09x \u904e\u53bb12\u500b\u6708\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u5de5\u8cc7(ADW)<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"title-idx-2\" class=\"icon-anchor\">\u54e1\u5de5\u53d7\u50f1\u6eff\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9023\u7e8c12\u500b\u6708\u6c92\u6709\u653e\u53d6\u904e\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u5e74\u4e2d\u8fad\u8077\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u652f\u4ed8\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u50f1\u54e1\u53d7\u50f1\u6eff\u6574\u500b\u5047\u671f\u5e74\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u672a\u653e\u53d6\u6709\u85aa\u5e74\u5047\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u4ed6\u5011\u4ee5\u4efb\u4f55\u7406\u7531\u7d42\u6b62\u50f1\u50ad\u5408\u7d04\uff0c\u50f1\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u652f\u4ed8\u5de5\u8cc7\u7d66\u50f1\u54e1\u4ee5\u4ee3\u66ff\u672a\u66fe\u653e\u53d6\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u3002\u5982\u7121\u5408\u7406\u8faf\u89e3\u800c\u4e0d\u8b93\u50f1\u54e1\u653e\u5e74\u5047\u6216\u4e0d\u652f\u4ed8\u5e74\u5047\u85aa\u916c\u7d66\u50f1\u54e1\uff0c\u4e00\u7d93\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u88ab\u7f70\u6b3eHK$50,000\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u50f1\u54e1\u5728\u5047\u671f\u5e74*\u53d7\u50f1\u5c11\u65bc3\u500b\u6708\u6216\u906d\u5373\u6642\u89e3\u50f1\uff0c\u5247\u50f1\u4e3b\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u662f\u4e0a\u4e00\u500b\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u7d2f\u7a4d\u800c\u672a\u653e\u53d6\u7684\u5e74\u5047\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u662f2019\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u50f1\u54e1\u65bc2020\u5e741\u670813\u65e5\u96e2\u8077\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u5c6c\u65bc\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u53d7\u50f1\u5c11\u65bc3\u500b\u6708\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u50f1\u54e1\u5728\u5047\u671f\u5e74\u53d7\u50f1\u6eff3\u81f312\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u56e0\u8fad\u8077\u6216\u975e\u5373\u6642\u89e3\u50f1\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u8a08\u7b97\u516c\u5f0f\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u50f1\u54e1\u7684\u7e3d\u5e74\u5047\u984d\u5ea6
