class='post-content-full'>\r\n<p>\u67d0\u5927\u516c\u53f8\u7684HR\u66fe\u62b1\u6028\uff0c\u5047\u671f\u5be9\u6279\u592a\u982d\u75db\uff01\u8001\u95c6\u662f\u5275\u59cb\u4eba\uff0c\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6587\u4ef6\u90fd\u60f3\u8981\u89aa\u81ea\u904e\u76ee\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u4e0d\u7ba1\u662f\u50f1\u54e1\u8acb\u5047\u9084\u662f\u52a0\u73ed\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u767c\u90f5\u4ef6\u7d66\u8001\u95c6\u3002200\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u5927\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u8001\u95c6\u4e0d\u77e5\u8981\u770b\u591a\u5c11\u90f5\u4ef6\u3002HR\u9084\u8981\u8ca0\u8cac\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u6708\u5e95\u8a08\u7ce7\uff0c\u58d3\u529b\u5f88\u5927\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u9019\u4f4dHR\u7684\u554f\u984c\u5728\u4e2d\u5927\u578b\u516c\u53f8\u5f88\u5e38\u898b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u8a2d\u5b9a\u4e00\u500b\u5408\u7406\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u5be9\u6279\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5728\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\uff08HRM\uff09\u65b9\u9762\u4e00\u5b9a\u6703\u5341\u5206\u982d\u75db\u3002\u90a3\u9ebc\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u50f1\u54e1\u4eba\u6578\u591a\u3001\u8acb\u5047\u52a0\u73ed\u983b\u7e41\u7684\u4e2d\u5927\u578b\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u4ec0\u9ebc\u624d\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5408\u7406\u7684\u5be9\u6279\u7a0b\u5e8f\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"title-idx-0\" class=\"icon-anchor\">\u4e0a\u5c64\u4e3b\u7ba1\u76f4\u63a5\u5be9\u6279<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u50f1\u54e1\u8acb\u5047\u6216\u52a0\u73ed\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u5411\u4e0a\u5c64\u76f4\u5c6c\u4e3b\u7ba1\u63d0\u51fa\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u6642\u9700\u8981\u5beb\u660e\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u6642\u9593\u7b49\uff0c\u7531\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6279\u51c6\u5f8c\u624d\u80fd\u4f11\u5047\u3002\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u9078\u64c7\u767cEmail\u6216\u586b\u5beb\u8acb\u5047\u7d19\u7d66\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5be9\u6279\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6d41\u7a0b\u770b\u4f3c\u7c21\u55ae\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u5728\u51fa\u7ce7\u6642\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u56e0\u8a18\u9304\u4e0d\u6e05\u5c0e\u81f4\u8a08\u7b97\u51fa\u932f\u3002<\/p>\r\n<p>\u5728\u6578\u78bc\u5316\u8f49\u578b\u6d6a\u6f6e\u6b63\u76db\u7684\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u500b\u80fd\u5920\u8f15\u9b06\u7533\u8acb\u3001\u5be9\u6279\u548c\u8a18\u9304\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71<a href=\"https:\/\/www.workstem.com\/zh-hk\/%e9%a6%96%e9%a0%81\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Workstem<\/span><\/a>\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u7c21\u5316\u5be9\u6279\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u81ea\u52d5\u6574\u7406\u6210Excel\u5831\u8868\uff0c\u50f1\u54e1\u983b\u7e41\u52a0\u73ed\u6216\u8acb\u5047\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u4f7f\u7528\u8d77\u4f86\u4e5f\u7701\u6642\u7701\u529b\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"title-idx-1\" class=\"icon-anchor\">\u4e3b\u7ba1\u8001\u95c6\u5c64\u5c64\u5be9\u6279<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\u9999\u6e2f\u67d0\u5927\u578b\u570b\u969b\u8cbf\u6613\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u90e8\u9580\u773e\u591a\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5c0d\u50f1\u54e1\u9032\u884c\u7cbe\u7d30\u5316\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u5e02\u5834\u90e8\u4e0b\u6709A\u3001B\u3001C\u4e09\u500b\u5c0f\u7d44\u3002A\u5c0f\u7d44\u4e0b\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u7533\u8acb\u5047\u671f\u6216\u52a0\u73ed\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5148\u627e\u5230A\u7d44\u7d44\u9577\u5be9\u6279\uff0c\u518d\u53bb\u627e\u5230\u5e02\u5834\u90e8\u7d93\u7406\u5be9\u6279\uff0c\u7dca\u63a5\u8457\u9084\u8981\u53bb\u627eHR\u5be9\u6279\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u4e00\u5708\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u5404\u5c64\u4e3b\u7ba1\u90fd\u77e5\u66c9\u5be9\u6279\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5c0d\u65bc\u50f1\u54e1\u800c\u8a00\u537b\u5341\u5206\u982d\u75db\uff01\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u50f1\u54e1\u5bc6\u96c6\u52a0\u73ed\u7684\u65e5\u5b50\uff0c\u7d93\u7406\u9084\u6709HR\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u5be9\u6279\u5927\u91cf\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u8017\u6642\u8017\u529b\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u4ed6\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u50cfWorkstem\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u5c64\u5c64\u5be9\u6279\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u6578\u78bc\u8f49\u578b\uff01\u53ea\u8981\u5728\u7cfb\u7d71\u5167\u8a2d\u5b9a\u4e0d\u540c\u5c64\u7d1a\u5be9\u6279\u4eba\uff0c\u50f1\u54e1\u5373\u53ef\u8f15\u9b06\u7533\u8acb\uff0cHR\u548c\u5404\u90e8\u9580\u7d93\u7406\u4e5f\u80fd\u5feb\u901f\u5be9\u6279\uff01<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"title-idx-2\" class=\"icon-anchor\">\u4e00\u500b\u5be9\u6279\u5c64\u7d1a\u591a\u500b\u5be9\u6279\u4eba<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\u4e00\u4e9b\u9910\u98f2\u548c\u96f6\u552e\u884c\u696d\u64c1\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u5206\u5e97\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u5206\u5e97\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u591a\u500b\u5e97\u9577\u3002 \u5982\u679c\u4e00\u540d\u5e97\u9577\u8acb\u5047\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u540d\u5e97\u9577\u61c9\u8ca0\u8cac\u5be9\u6279\u3002\u4f46\u82e5\u54e1\u5de5\u6c92\u80fd\u7acb\u5373\u5f97\u5230\u66f4\u63db\u5be9\u6279\u4eba\u7684\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ef6\u8aa4\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8a2d\u7f6e\u591a\u500b\u5c64\u7d1a\u548c\u5be9\u6279\u4eba\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e00\u5c64\u7d1a\u591a\u500b\u5be9\u6279\u4eba\u3002 \u82e5\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u5be9\u6279\u4eba\u4f11\u5047\uff0c\u6216\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u6642\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u5be9\u6279\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u6b63\u5e38\u5be9\u6279\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f71\u97ff\u5de5\u4f5c\u9032\u5ea6\u3002 \u6240\u6709\u5be9\u6279\u6578\u64da\u4e5f\u5c07\u540c\u6b65\u5230\u54e1\u5de5\u7684App\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u4ed6\u5011\u53ca\u6642\u6aa2\u67e5\u5be9\u6279\u72c0\u614b\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"title-idx-3\" class=\"icon-anchor\">\u4e0d\u540cOffice\u8a2d\u5b9a\u4e0d\u540c\u5be9\u6279\u4eba<\/h2>\r\n\r\n<p>\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u5404\u5730\u5340\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e86\u4e0d\u540cOffice\uff0c\u800c\u6bcf\u4e00\u500bOffice\u90fd\u6709\u5c08\u4eba\u7ba1\u7406\u5be9\u6279\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u67d0\u500bIT\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u6709\u591a\u500bOffice\uff0c\u9285\u947c\u7063\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u52a0\u73ed\u6642\u9700\u8981\u5411\u9285\u947c\u7063Office\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6bcf\u6708\u591a\u500bOffice\u532f\u7e3d\u7d66HR\uff0c \u5927\u91cf\u6578\u64da\u5728\u8a08\u7ce7\u6642\u6613\u51fa\u932f\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u9019\u6642\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u500b\u80fd\u5920\u6839\u64da\u4e0d\u540c\u8fa6\u516c\u5730\u9ede\u8a2d\u5b9a\u4e0d\u540c\u5be9\u6279\u4eba\u7684HR\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c<span
