Resource Management System\uff0c\u7c21\u7a31HRMS\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e38\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u4eba\u4e8b\u7cfb\u7d71\u6216HR\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u5354\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u5c07\u4eba\u4e8b\u7ba1\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\u6578\u4f4d\u5316\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u6574\u5408\u4e86\u54e1\u5de5\u8cc7\u6599\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u6392\u73ed\u3001\u8003\u52e4\u3001\u8acb\u5047\u7c3d\u6838\u3001\u85aa\u8cc7\u8a08\u7b97\u3001\u52de\u5065\u4fdd\u7533\u5831\u3001\u5831\u8868\u7522\u51fa\u7b49\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u8b93\u539f\u672c\u9700\u8981\u5927\u91cf\u4eba\u5de5\u8655\u7406\u7684\u4f5c\u696d\u900f\u904e\u7cfb\u7d71\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u5b8c\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u5c0d\u4eba\u8cc7\u7cfb\u7d71\u6709\u500b\u8aa4\u89e3\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u5c0e\u5165\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u300c\u53d6\u4ee3HR\u300d\u3002\u4e8b\u5be6\u6070\u597d\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u5728\u65bc\u5e6b\u52a9HR\u5f9e\u91cd\u8907\u6027\u9ad8\u7684\u884c\u653f\u5eb6\u52d9\u4e2d\u89e3\u653e\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u7701\u4e0b\u7684\u6642\u9593\u53ef\u4ee5\u6295\u5165\u5728\u66f4\u5177\u7b56\u7565\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4eba\u624d\u767c\u5c55\u898f\u5283\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u5236\u5ea6\u512a\u5316\u8207\u54e1\u5de5\u95dc\u4fc2\u7d93\u71df\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u96f2\u7aef vs.
