Product Operations Specialist

The new hire will assist on communicating with customers, introducing Workstem, conducting product demo & basic training to make sure that clients can successfully get onboard Workstem platform. Responsibilities including:

1. Assist in conceptualizing product ideas, design and develop new product/ product range, trials and implementation
2. Over 5 years Australian payroll practice experience and Australian payroll system use experience, familiar with Australian Fair Work Awards
3. Smoothen new product launches for new and old clients
4. Monitor and improve product features along with the tech team
5. New features research, POC, and testing
6. Onboard new clients onto the platform successfully and smoothly, ensuring a low churn rate for the business
7. Handle client issues and provide solutions for customer requests
