Is there extra charge for system administrators?
No extra charge. Our subscription fee is based on the number of employees, with unlimited admin access with no extra cost.
Is there any charge for GPS/QR Code/Facial recognition/Bluetooth?
GPS, QR Code and Facial recognition all inclusive in the package with no extra cost, except for Bluetooth clock-in/out. You must purchase the Bluetooth device separately online. (Workstem Bluetooth Beacon Shop)
Is there any extra charge for Workstem One Mobile App?
It comes with your subscription plan together without any extra cost.
Is there any extra charge for Workstem system upgrades?
We provide future system upgrades free of charge.
Is it possible to subscribe for less than 5 employees?
Minimum charge is 5 employees per subscription.
