The Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119], updated on 30 June 2023, enforces yearly pay rate adjustments starting from 1 July annually. In line with the Fair Work Commission’s substantial pay raises announcement in June 2023, the amended pay rates and allowances under the Restaurant Industry Award will be effective.
