The National Minimum Wage is calculated using the percentage scale found in the Miscellaneous Award for employees who do not have an agreement or an award.
Casual minimum wage in Australia

The applicable Modern Award, Enterprise Agreement, or other formal agreement specifies the casual loading rate for personnel covered by an award. For workers without awards or agreements, the casual loading rate is set by the National Minimum Wage Order.
